It came with every thing i needed!! excelent bridge stays in tune, and string tension is very good.

Quality:
i got to say Ibanez really does provide in quality i have an RG 7620 also and its lived through alot and still looks like i got it yesterday. This guitar even tho i havent had for long is very solid and i'm sure will stand the course of time.

Value:
If yoru working with a budget then get this guitar it wont disapoint. I played more expensive brands before making my decision and this is just as good.

Desirability:
its very sexy!!! looks lethal!!

Sound:
Ok this guitar rocks big time!! Its a baritone the low riffs just bounce of this baby!! shes hot also the guitar reacts imediatly with lead or rythm being your flavour of choice!!. i love it!! this guitar completed my rig,if your after sound that impacts get this guitar i've tried it through lots of amps even 20 watters with marshall tsl 100 watt head being my actual amp. it never disapoints!! I play metal and it does it extremely well with different tunings you can get alot of different sounds from it.

Support:
I have never had to deal with them, never had the need to.

Overall:
I doubt i'll have to buy another baritone ever, and i'm 100 percent sure i made the right choice in buying this guitar couldnt be happier.
