Sound
I have just started to use it for seminar reproduction only. I record with tapes and them use the I-Key to convert to digital. I am then able to go to another part of the house where I have the computer to remove tape hiss and make master MP3 and WAV discs for duplication. Thanks for eactly the product I was hoping for and the right price! RT-W Academy Tapes
Ease of Use
I thought is was realatively staight forward. I agree with one respondant who reviewed the product saying that the volume knob is too small with a very light touch needed to adust for optimum sound quality.
Quality
The hard plastic case does concern me. I would have paid $20 more for a good quality aluminum or other metal case. I would like it to be more durable for travel: Put shrouds around RCA jacks and USB connection to help protect during movement or while sitting in an exposed area.
Value
What others? Compared to M-Boxes? I don't need all those features.
Manufacturer Support
Not yet and I really hope that I don't need to.
The Wow Factor
Very little sex appeal. I wanted something a bit more rugged for true portable use - needs to be heavier so as not to accidentally brush it off a table.
