Overall:
I've been using GHS Fast Fret String Cleaner for many years on mountain dulcimers, and I wouldn't play without it! This product makes stringed instruments much easier to play, and especially makes it less painful for your fingers to slide up and down the fretboard! Fast Fret will also prolong the life of your strings, keeping them free of oxidation; and this product is also very good for your instrument's wood fretboard. Use this before and after you play and you'll save wear and tear on your fingers, strings, and instrument! This product is definitely worth having!

Feature:
great product. keeps my strings clean and prolongs the life. doesn't really keep string noise down though. My fingers used to hurt when I played guitar, but now with this stuff I can play without hurting. I cannot play guitar without it now. Now I carry it with me everywhere.

Quality:
I have to agree with another reviewer here about the plastic lid. It keeps popping off and doesn't close tightly. I don't like having to worry about the product getting dried out and crusty. The old canister (which was non-plastic and sturdier) keeps this stuff longer. Otherwise I would give the quality ranking a 9.

Value:
cheap and worth it for keeping your strings longer. I hate to change strings and this stuff allows me to stretch out the life of my strings.

Really quiets down the fret noise when you slide up or down the strings

Overall:
I liked it, in fact I bought it twice, because it makes playing the guitar faster! Much faster, you won't believe your fingers. Just one problem, I notice my fingers hurt after a shorter time of playing than without it. Also, one small note, your strings will last longer because it cleans and protects them, which for me is great because I have sweaty hands.

Sound:
when i got this stuff my strings were a month old (EXP16's) and it cleaned them up and made them sound new...now it's been another month and half and i'm just now considering changing strings...they still sound great and have that new-string shine...
