Feature:
the most useful is different tuning. i hate spending time tuning my gutiar into another tune. and i lvoe the 12 string sound to it

Quality:
i don't like the wood i wish it was maple. but yes it's very smooth i love it

i tihnk it should be more ha ha

i wish the wood color was different. other than that i love the 3 color sunburst

each tone is amazing. it's like the gibson robot gutiar w/o the auto tuning.
