10 out of 10Feature:
What more could you ask for than what it already comes with? From the whammy bar to the tone selections it's on of the best out there. All the good materials and craftsmanship that made Fender so excellent back in the day.
Quality:
Some big companies tend to lose their quality over the years, but Fender is one of those guys that tend to stand up to their reputation and delivery one of the best guitars ever made with the quality you can expect from a legend!
Value:
Well worth it!
Desirability:
In my experience, the American Strat is all the guitar you'll ever need. It feels great to play and has a thin neck, so it's easier to reach the strings you need when you need to.
Sound:
The sound quality is great even on small amps, but it really shines on the bigger, better amps out there. I play different styles and it all sounds good. The 5 way pickup select switch with the tone controls help you get the sound you're looking for. With so many products out there it's easy to get the sound you want. More recent pickups are the Seymour Duncan Rail pickups to get that humbucker sound in a single coil sized package!
Support:
I've never had a problem with this guitar, but they were fairly easy to reach and helped me with any questions I've had!
Overall:
I'll be playing this for years to come. The only other guitar I may add to my collection is the Schecter Omen 7 string for it's extra B bass string, but nothing will replace the Strat. It does everything I'll ever need it to do and then some.
