This bass can be used for many styles of music. The body is a bit smaller and lighter than a standard Jazz Bass. The neck is slim and fast!

This is one amazing bass. Fender Jazz bass's are amazing. They sound so great its just unbeleaveable. Seriously, this bass can make the newest bass player ever sound liek hes been playing for about 20 years. BUY IT!!~!!~!!~!!

I have owned many Fender basses over the years. The American Series Jazz is as sweet as many of the old classics. Great tone, and for my money, it's hard to beat the attractiveness of a Fender bass.

Features 4: Electronically it's simply Volume and tone controls, nothing special.
Quality 5: Excellent workmanship.
Value 4: They (Fender/dealers) are pushing the envelope on what we consumers will shell-out.
