Feature:
Features: I know your wondering...YES...the color DOES rub or flake off, at least on the unwound strings. The high E string was the first to show through where I pick within the first half hour.
Quality:
These strings do look pretty cool, drawback is color life as I said before.
Value:
10 bucks for some strings, yea was worth trying them out. I doubt I buy another set of the Red Devils anytime soon, unless you could get two packs for 10 bucks.
Desirability:
Sex appeal? I wouldn't call them sexy, but I will be honest, I bought them because they were colored RED, that did appeal to me. Strings are pretty much the same, but these do stand out.
Sound:
Sound is good from these strings.
Color wears off FAST
Seem to stretch nice when bending
Stayed in tune after playing.
I have them on a Black 1983 G&L SC-1 with a single pickup.
Ease of Use:
They are strings, pretty easy to use not much to say here...unless you don't know how to string, tune, and play a guitar.
Support:
Don't see where I need support from the company for the strings.
Overall:
I'll play them until I break them, or I find another set of strings to try.
