10 out of 10Feature:
The most useful features, as for me, are the options to record things to a computer using a USB cable (this is perfect for me, because i have some retarded board that doesn't recognize the guitar when i plug it in the sound card), and the X-Edit program is just great and very easy to use. And of course, there is the V switch that allows you to activate the Wah-Wah effect any time you want, it's VERY useful. There is a stereo output system, and it has some more outputs, i'm not quite sure what they are for... :)
Quality:
Knobs are very turnable, no problems there, the pedal is big enough for my foot, it's not loose, not too tight, it's just like it needs to be.
It's made out of some metal, not sure which exactly, and it seems quite endurable.
Value:
In my opinion, it is definitely worth the money.
Desirability:
It looks nice, has nice features, has that extra DNA chips and everything, it looks... Attractive :)
Sound:
I have a Fender Frontman 25R amp, and i can get a lot of good sounds from the RP350. I have only 2 years of experience in guitar playing, so the sounds suit me just fine. The effects are various, and can be customized in many different ways, and they sound good. Distorsions, Amp Models and Wah sound great to me. I still haven't tried everything on it, and i have it about 2 months by now, and for now, i have only the best words for its options. I recorded some things over the USB cable, and it sound very good.
Ease of Use:
There are knobs, you turn them, and get many sounds. What's more easier than that? When you want to customize it more, there are 2 buttons (up and down), one pressable knob and more knobs to adjust the sound that is perfect for you. Even if that's not easy enough, there is the X-Edit which is super easy to use, no problems at all.
Support:
Didn't do anything about this, yet :)
Overall:
For now, it does everything i need. When i try everything on it, i shall probably sell it and buy analog pedals to make my sound more superb and realistic. The only "problems" that i have is, when i want to tune my guitar, i need to press 2 footswitches simultaneously, that's a little tricky to catch in the first time, but i tune my guitar in pauses between the songs, so it's not a problem :) The second problem is a slight delay when changing presets, but that can be arranged easily, on many ways.

9 out of 10Feature:
I try not to give out 10s much, but this pedal just deserves on the features area. Heres the idea. There are seventy factory presets and seventy user presets. Thats 140 effects combos. Then add thirty sound chains and thirty effects chains that can be combined w/ each other in NINE HUNDRED ways with the twist of two knobs. So 900 effects/sound chains + 70 factory settings + 70 user settings = 1040 overall combinations of effects. And that is without any true fine tuning whatsover. When you get to fine tuning, then the effect combos are literally ENDLESS.
Quality:
Its basically made of all metal, but I havent had it for too long, so Ill give it an 8 by default.
Value:
Its $200 for about infinite FX settings. Wow. Its worth it.
Desirability:
OK. Its not so sexy, but who cares? Youll get the chicks through some of the sounds you get through this thing.
Sound:
See the features section. They all, for the most part, sound good. Thats all that needs to be said.
Ease of Use:
With 1040 settings without any fine tunings, it can be easy finding your sound. Fine tuning can be time-comsuming, but once you get the hang of it, its easy. My recommendation is get the X-Edit computer software. That just makes it quicker.
Support:
I tried to e-mail them because my X-Edit was causing problems, and they gave me an answer very quickly. So Ill give them a 9.
Overall:
Wow. Getting this was one of the smartest things Ive ever done. Just get it.

8 out of 10Feature:
So far this unit has everything that I need
Quality:
For what I need, this product is made well and should be with me for years to come.
Value:
Amazing value for what you get. I priced it at one of the local music stores and I wold have paid over one hundred bucks more.
Desirability:
Very sexy!!I like the looks of it.
Sound:
This is a great unit to own. The best that I have ever had. The sound that it puts out is fantastic and has enough voices on it to fit my needs. I was wanting a unit that had a good selection of voices that would help me play different styles of music. The 350 has done this for me. At this time, I am running it through a small epiphone guitar amp.The results are great!!
Ease of Use:
It does take some getting used to but once you spend enough time with it, the magic begins to happen.
Support:
Have not yet had to contact support.
Overall:
I am hoping not to buy anything else for a longtime to come. I would not mind having a work station to go with it for some recording.

8 out of 10Overall:
This is an okay unit, if you work with it enough you can get some pretty desent sounds. Most of the presets are worthless so you're going to be working with it a lot. Anyway I like the product, but I wish I had shelled out another $200 and bought a more expensive boss processor. My main complaint with this unit is that when you step on the pedal to change the effect there's a noiseless gap between settings, it doesn't switch in real time.

10 out of 10Feature:
70 preloaded sounds, and room to make 70 more, what else do you need, you can't even imagine how many sounds you can make with all the effect you can tie into the pedal alone. it also has all the input output ports you need for anything. i actually once used it to connect my computer to my school's PA system so we could play music during a rally.
Quality:
sturdy, tough, long lasting. nothing has ever broken after a year of pretty tough use.
Value:
200 dollars for the best pedal i could find, its a totally sweet deal.
Desirability:
its sleek, with its thin design, bright display, and easy foot buttons.
Sound:
Ive had it for almost a year, and use it every day, and i havent even used all the features yet. there are so many sounds, i never play my guitar without the rp350 or else i get bored.
Ease of Use:
when i bought this, i didn't really know what i was doing when it came to foot pedals, but the layout is clean and easy to understand, im glad i chose this pedal.
Support:
the warranty saved me when it froze this one time after i hooked it up to my computer and screwed around with it. i sent it in and they sent it back in a timely fashion, no charge.
Overall:
this product is awsome, i recomend it all my friends, and one of them did buy it, and he's just as happy as i am.

9 out of 10Feature:
For $199 you can't expect more. Sure a few more models of some more effects would be great, but the RP350 has most of the decent ones covered, and they are modeled very well.
Quality:
Seems sturdy. Better built than my old RP80!
Value:
A+++
Coming from a PodXT (which I wasn't too keen on) I was very surprised at what the Rp350 could do. In fact, I first bought an RP250, and now the RP350. The RP250 is great. The RP350 is even better. My PodXT is now sold to some unfortunate person. I guess I should have told them about the RP250/350 LOL.
Desirability:
Good solid unit.
Sound:
The AudioDNA2 chip on the new RP series is a definite winner. I can get some great tones that are quite authentic, and tough to tell apart from the real things at times.
Ease of Use:
Very simple to use. Manual editing of patches and settings via knobs is quick and intuitive. With the software and USB interface, it is child's play! The interface blows the PodXT out of the water for ease of use.
Support:
Dunno yet
Overall:
Can't fault it for the retail price!

I bought this pedal so i can just plug and play. IT does that More features for me to ponder later.
Quality:
Too soon to tell but 9 for now, i am a skeptic.
Value:
Good bang for buck
Sound:
Great Sound. Almost all the presets are useful.
Like any new toy ti will take some time to master but within minutes and a few pedal presses the machine kept me at my guitar all weekend just enjoying the stock prgrams
Ease of Use:
Manual is clear. This pedal is not over kill but it does what I bought it for. Nice tones in a neat package and it works.
Support:
Never had to deal with that yet

9 out of 10Feature:
The presence of both 1/4" AND XLR outs, with switchable amp/mixer weighting on each, should be on EVERY product like this.
Quality:
Very good ... excellent for a product in this price range. Metal where it needs it, and tough plastic where it doesn't need metal. Cheap plastic knobs, but they're recessed and unlikely to be mangled.
Value:
It's $199 @ zzounds ... what else do you need to know?
Desirability:
It's not a sexy looking beast, buut it looks good enough and does what I need.
Sound:
Comparisons to things like the Line 6 Pod XT Live are expected. I own both. I purchased the RP350 as my "emergency backup" unit. I planned on buying the RP250, but the XLR outs convinced me to spend the xtra $$. Amp and cabinet models are overall more authentic on the Pod, but not by a lot. The RP350 models are excellent, and sound quite good. I find the FX models on the R350 to be better, especially the chorus effects, which are much more "lush" and "smooth" than those found on the Pod. The Whammy and Pitch Bend effects are quite a bit better than those on my Pod.
Ease of Use:
Dead simple. If you can't figure out "turn knob A to select an amp/cabinet combination" and "then turn knob B to select an effects setup" ... you need to just give it up. You can get lots of different tones this way, and many people need never dig further. The indepth editing is pretty easy as well, and the USB interface and software make "tweaky" editing a joy.
Support:
My questions about USB support were answered directly and accurately.

Value:

Desirability:
A must have.
Sound:
After a tweek on the presets it's teriffic.
Ease of Use:
No brand is flawless here. But this one ain't bad.

10 out of 10Feature:
Tons of customization, with computer recording and editing programs, good stuff.
Quality:
It's digitech, very good quality, and durable as hell.
Value:
EXTREME value, think of the cost it would need for all those effects, and amps!
Desirability:
I'll always have this, and buy another if i lose it.
Sound:
This model comes with many presets, in many different playing styles. There's sure to be something to fit your playing, and if there isn't then you can just make your own. It sounds absolutly incredible with headphones on (cheap, $20 sony ones), which I use much more than my amp. It makes crystal clear sounds, and I don't have any buzz or background noise, it's completely clear.
Ease of Use:
I learned how to use it very quickly, common sense and a few knob turns is all it needs, but the manual is needed for certain instructions, such as how to perform factory reset, ect.
Support:
Never had to deal with them.
Overall:
Great product, the drum machine is good for practice and timing, the "learn a lick" mode is great for real music training, and presets make it easy to get a cool tone, and the hundreds of customization options make it perfect for tweaking in your own tones.

10 out of 10Feature:
The X-Edit software is easy to download from DigiTech. Also downloadable are new firmware updates and the USB drivers are ASIO compliant and I get no recording lag using the USB on my RP350. A/B Switch Pedal allows switching from a Hot Lead Amp Model to a Clean Amp model, just like the pro's. I would say the display is a bit lacking in size forcing creative patch naming.
Quality:
It definitely has the GIG Stompable quality a performer wants on stage. The Expression pedal pre-programmed as a volume control can be programmed to control any of the numerous expression settings of the FX. Expression pedal casing are high quality metal and built to live a long life. A V-Switch on the Expression pedal alows individual to turn on WAH FX or any number of other availble FX settings.
Value:
Compaired to the Zoom and Line6 products the RP350 meets and beats them with more features and capability. DigiTech didn't waste a dime researching and developing the AudioDNA chipset and the tone quality and model matching is dead on.
Desirability:
Sleak Silver and Black are colors that can never go wrong on stage. Small and hidable yet eye catching.
Sound:
The Amp Modeling Is Dead On, which allows individuals with limited financial resources to experiment with guitar tones of the greats, inclucing VanHalen, Eric Johnson, Satriani, Vai, and SRV. Balanced Stereo and XLR connections provide easy connectivity to any live situation. The FX chain provides creative guitarists a wide range of tones to experiment with.
Ease of Use:
Considering the complexity of such a device DigiTech has come up with a solid ease of use device. Editing is not too difficult if you take the time to read the manual. Factory reset is explained in the manual despite what a previous reviewer stated. Stepping through the pedal level editing process is intuitive and logical. A plus side is the ability to edit patches with the X-Edit software. No freezing up of the device or the computer. No need for Factory resets and the software is easy to download.
Support:
I have not had to deal directly with the company. However, the company provides a user community forum that is very active and supportive. Users are posting patches, songs, and messages daily. the RP350 is for the creative guitarist who not only wants to be able to properly cover a famous song, but also wants to find his/her own tone.
Overall:
I started out with the RP250 and upgraded to the RP350. I have had no problems with the device and the DigiTech company and community are an invaluable resource. I will be a long time member of my FX chain and producer of my personal guitar tone. It has expanded my own creative capabilities and opened up new paths for music creation. A must have for those also looking to begin recording and creating their own digital music.

1 out of 10Feature:
Digitech promises a lot but delivers nothing. This unit promises the ability to edit patches on a PC or Mac and then allow the user the capability to download the edited patches to the unit from the computer. The editing software is not included in the package--it has to be downloaded from Digitech's website. Logging in to download the software is no easy task in and of itself.
The owner's manual provides no instructions for restoring factory default settings.
Quality:
This is a totally unreliable unit. Since it died after only an hour of use, I cannot consider this to be a high quality unit.
Value:
I had dumped an Alesis GuitarFX for this. Now I wish I had kept the Alesis and saved my money. This product is a total POS--to be avoided at all costs. What would I pay for this? That's absurd--Digitech should pay people to use these!
Desirability:
Unfortunately, this is packaged with a lot of visual appeal. But all the pretty packaging cannot make up for the fact that this is worthless except as a paperweight.
Sound:
If this unit delivered the goods promised, I might rate this higher. As it is I give this only a "1" out of "10" because this unit quit working after less than two hours of use when I was attempting to edit the patches.
Ease of Use:
If this unit worked as designed it would rate a "10" for ease of use. Since it shot craps after less than an hour, "freezing" in the middle of attempting to edit a patch, I have to rate this a "1"--and that is only because this site does not allow a negative score.
Support:
I have sent a couple of e-mails to Digitech to see if there was a something overlooked in the owner's manual which would remedy the problems. That was three days ago and Digitech has not responded. Not only are their employees stupid--they appear to be lazy and inconsiderate as well.
Overall:
Since I have such a low opinion of this product, it is obvious that it is going back to the retailer as soon as I can make the trip. Fortunately the retailer has a 45-day return policy. And I will not be purchasing another Digitech unit.
