Feature:
MP3 playback and scratching, 15 sec. sampler with sampler scratch mode, spinning vinyl platter that you can add custom slipmats to, 100% pitch control w/key adjust, platter fx, bright lighting for club/stage use, etc. what more can you ask for?!
Quality:
Denon puts out good stuff and this is no different. Built strong and heavy. Recessed jacks and plugs, nothing too loose.
Value:
Better than the CDJ800 and on par with the CDJ1000's and definitely beats the DNS-5000 with ease of use and updated scratching capabilities. I lined all 4 of these CD turntables up and gave them all a run before deciding on the DNS-3000s!
Desirability:
Nice black finish with bright lighting for club, stage use. Spinning platter draws stares and inquisition.
Sound:
Great sound, clear and accurate. Vary little, if any, latency in scratch mode, even with crabs and fast scratches. Clean accurate scratching. The best of all CD Turntables.
Support:
Haven't needed it.
Overall:
With the downloadable updates being available at Denon's website and the current features I see keeping this for a long time.
