"More of a tape echo, but great effect"

Overall: 3.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
I wouldnt exactly call it a reverb unit, sort of a tape-echo reverb type of effect, but if your playing alot of rock'a'billy/rock'n'roll type tunes then its perfect! (for me anyway) Like most Danelectro pedals its got that retro sound, i find it quite a subtle effect but definatly adds 'something' when used with some natural overdrive or very light distortion, gives a bit more depth and character to lead or riffs The plastic casing is a bit lame, but then im not the type of person to treat pedals badly or jump on them while playing so i cant see it braking easily
Sound
Great sort of echo-reverb effect
Ease of Use
Easy to set up and play with
Quality
The plastic casing is dissapointing, but unless your jumping on the unit like a mad person i can't see why it would brake

"A Shoddy Job"

Not good for what it is, cheap, cheap, and cheap. If you're looking for a pedal get a Boss (especially the RV-5 for keyboard players, it's stereo) or a nice rack unit. It will pay off in the long run because you'll have GOOD REVERB!
Sound
This is not a reverb sound, but a scary delay-type of thing. Don't expect Boss- or Lexicon-style reverb at all.
Features
Limited reverb controls. Hi-cut? Doesn't do what it seems like it would.
Quality
After one gig with this thing (I used it with my Nord Electro 2...shouldn't have bought such a cheap accessory for such a beautiful instrument), I plugged it in a few days later and it immediately made a loud continuous squawking noise through the amp. Even when bypassed I could still faintly hear it. No good!
Value
Cheap in $, and cheap in everything else too.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to, and won't, deal with them. Crap. Better off with a Boss RV-5 stereo reverb pedal.
The Wow Factor
Just won't do it. Enough said.
