at least a few years until i get a bigger set up
Sound
For the price it is excellent. I am running 2 PV115s with it and I barely turn it up and it bangs!! If you're on a budget then buy this. It has a little hum when you first turn it on but when you turn up your music then you never notice it. I recommend buying this with some Peavey PV115's. I did a show last week and that set up BANGED!
Features
Lots of effects but I mainly needed power for the bass. I play hip-hop
Ease of Use
Easy easy easy!
Quality
I've been rough with this set up and it still works great!
Value

Great product, very versitile, never gets hot.
Sound
Sounds great only a slight buzz when turned up to full. It does POP very loud when you turn it on even if all the volumes are turned to 0. I use it for practice we run 2 drum mics, 3 vocal mics, bass gutar , and electric gutar into it. The mixer feeds a cabnet I made with two 15" in it and 2 super tweeters. It vibrates the whole house. It is too loud in a 625 square foot room to turn up all the way.
Features
Awsome features I dont even use them all. It is nice because you can adjust the amout of effects on each channel. Great for echo. You can put it on the vocal chanels and have it off for the instruments.
Ease of Use
Simple to use.
Quality
Not as rugged as my crate stuff, but good for the price.
Value
Great bang for your buck.
Manufacturer Support
Never needed it.

"The most features and power in its price range; Can't go wrong here!"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)

I used my last powered mixer for several years before upgrading to this opne, so I expect it will last a long time. As it is for studio use only, I have high expectations.
Sound
Just got it so haven't had time to evaluate completely. Lots of input and output. Hmmmm, colored lights. Sound output is everything I expected and will meet most needs. The effects, even though many won't use all of them, are fairly good effects. The mixer itself is attractive and the interface is intuitive. Documentation is minimal, but adequate.
Features
Nice functionality and a lot of input capability. I really like the dual (main + monitor) master EQ. This coupled with the channel EQ, gives you maximum control over the sound. Connected to my BG412S Ultrastack, this thing puts out some sound!
Ease of Use
Plugged it in, turned it on, and jammed. Documentation was minimal, but the controls are fairly intuitive and with a quick review of the manual, even a beginner will be okay.
Quality
It's a Behringer, so it is not Top Shelf, but it is much better made than the entry level Behringer stuff and it appears to be very well made for the purpose at hand. I have no qualms about using it in the studio and I would probably be okay with the occasional transport for use elsewhere. I'm not too sure that I would be willing to get truly "on the road" with it, however. I'm not confident that it would stand the abuse.
Value
Best mixer in this dollar range, hands down. More power, more capability.
Manufacturer Support
Never had to use them and that's the best rating I can give.
The Wow Factor
I think it a great design because of its' intuitive interface. I'm not that impressed with the color choices, but it works for me.

until I need more channels this works. as far as power is concerned I can add amps and subs or other self powered speakers thru the signal out in the face of the mixer which makes it very versatile
Sound
this will supply all your sound needs for the simple rock band.(5 pc) we have used it indoors, & outdoors(50-150 people) with a pair of Behringer P1520 mains on stands and a pair of P1220F monitors wich results in 350 watts per amp, mains/monitors thats only 175 watts per speaker and still haven't turned up the mains past 3 on the dial. Impressive! We run vocals, guitars, keyboards and an Ipod during breaks the sound is great! The drums are not miced.
Features
with 100 presets you are bound to find effects that you like, only your selection is the same for every channel, however indvidual fx volume per channel is available. would like to run different fx on different channels but oh well! need to spend alot more money for that luxury.
Ease of Use
read the manual. buy quality cables, both mic and speaker(it makes a big difference in output)cheap cables suck!! learned that the hard way.
Quality
2 1/2 years later, 100+ gigs/practices still going strong w/o a bobble or glitch(except the cheap cables mentioned earlier) longevity seems good so far, but I baby my equiptment after all, I paid for it!!
Value
money well spent. because of the small venues we play haven't needed more power which = more money, oh yeah buy a power conditioner, a good one!!
Manufacturer Support
never needed them, I guess that speaks for the quality.
The Wow Factor
sex appeal?? whatever! functionality is what gets you paid, this one has it!

Sound
I have owned the previous model for years and decided to upgrade to more watts. No matter where I play everyone cannot believe my sound and no one believes the price I paid, I typically use this system to play recorded music and vocals(professional shows and karaoke) and am constantly told I have the best sound around. The effects on this board are quality and simple to use although I miss the effects guide you had in the manual in the previous model--it was a very good description of all the effect settings--great sound at an unbelievable good price

"loud, musical, and a great value as well!!"

Overall: 4.5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
It's honestly a great mixer, very musical, plenty loud, and easy to use. If I was mugged at my next show, I'd surely buy the same exact model!
Sound
This is a surprisingly loud mixer! I didn't need to push it past about a third of the way on the output leve to be plent loud in a nice-sized club. The overall clarity is very good, too. Our vocals jumped out to the front of the mix, while our bass and lead guitar were still diswtinguished in the mix. I gave it an 8 only because the effects are not adjustable, only the wet/dry mix is. I'd like to take effect patch 88 and just tweak it a bit for the vocals!
Features
Again, other than the effects being non-adjustable, the features on this mixer are excellent considering the price range. The control knobs, while being plastic and par for the course in amixer of this type, all work well, and both the 3-band channel EQ and dual graphic 9-band main EQ work VERY well in adjusting sound.
Ease of Use
Having prior experience with sound reinforcement, I found this to be very easy to use. That said, a nice touch for novices would be to include in the manual basics on EQ-ing your sound and things of that nature.
Quality
I own other Behringer equipment, and everything I have from them has givwen me no trouble, which is nice considering some of the gear I have has been on the road for a few years now! All things considered, I would say of this mixer, if you take a bit of care it will last a long time.
Value
Great value for the price. I can use this mixer as my main board for any show that isn't an outdoor festival!
Manufacturer Support
Haven't needed them. Their products are well made for the price you pay.
The Wow Factor
It is a practical, useful, great-sounding addition to my gear. It's a mixing board, this question simply does not apply.

(see rating details)
Verified Customer zZounds has verified that this reviewer made a purchase from us.
I do expect to be happy with this for a number of years. Since I am an older person I will probably stop playing out before I wear this out. Based on my experience with this product line I would not seek out another brand. For the money nobody out there can get close to Behringer.I bought both my mixer and small power amp from Zzounds. So I bought this also from them. Their service and quality products are the best.
Sound
Very clean with great affects.
Features
While I didn't get any accessories, the features on this are off the chart for the price nothing can get close. I've had Peavey, Mackie,Yamaha. All of which cost more money and don't give you any more for your money. I haven't found anything that's not useful. So far the componeents are of the highest quality. This is my secound powered pa from Behringer. I own a 518o, 5 channel 180watt. A tough little power amp.
Ease of Use
It is a out of the box hit the switch and you are off. Most of the options and controls are self explainatory. if you've been playing more than a few weeks this is simple to set-up and use with minor adjustment to get your personal sound.
Quality
The only issue I have is the knobs are like every one elses, plastic. If you want to protect them buy or build a case for it. I found it very simple to make a 1 inch thick plywood case for about thirty dollars. i have no issues with reliability. My other pa is four years old and has been worked nearly every weekend during that time without incident. I will use the little one as a backup in name only. I doubt I will need a backup.
Value
I feel it's worth twice the price.
Manufacturer Support
Have never needed them.
The Wow Factor
It is aesthetically pleasing to look at, and the design features are layed out practically. i would rate this somewhere between a technical marvel and a practical piece of equipment.

Features, reliability, power, sound, it is a good buy.
Sound
It has been a great powered mixer for my dj/karaoke use. It puts out great sound and will push any speaker.
Features
More effects than you could ever use, plenty of places put all your gadgets.
Ease of Use
Plug the speakers in, turn it on, adjust your volumes, plug in your stuff, then crank it! Very Easy!
Quality
It is reliable, but I did have one problem with it in the year and a half I have had it, a sorder came loose from the power input and I had to tear it down and re-sorder it, at the time I strengthend the sorder on the other parts while I was in there.
Value
For the money, you won't beat it.

I am assuming their okay, never had to use them.

First of all I have to say how amazed I was at the speed of delivery. I ordered it on a Monday and got it on Tuesday (the next day)!!! That is really fantastic. Secondly, I had ordered the Behringer NOX606 and had to send two (2) of them back for failure to work. I said that I would not order any other Behringer product because of that. But a fellow DJ told me to try the PMP 2000. I did a wedding the first week end I had it and I was really impressed with the way it worked. I use the Bose L1 B2 speaker system and it made it sound like it has never sounded before. I still did not use all the features since I didn't have time to play around with it before the wedding. I am sure that I will discover more of its versatility when I do. I am glad that I listened to my fellow DJ. Thank you zZounds!!!

Im gonna marry this mixer
Sound
This thing is LOUD i run it through a Peavey PR12 (just one for now) and ive already lost my hearing
Features
I really like the Hi-z inputs so i can run my guitar through it as well and still have inputs for 2 more instruments. Im not much of an FX guy but these effects are pretty cool, I really like the backwards effect cause its really creepy.
Ease of Use
Its really easy to use and coming from me thats a big thing because i didnt know what half the knobs did but after maybe 15 minutes of messing around with this thing i pretty much knew what i was doing. Also the Clip LEDs really help.
Quality
Once you pick this thing up and play around with it youll realize the quality

I am currently looking for another.
Sound
I liked the sound fine when it was running.
Features
Lots of fun features to play around with! :)
Ease of Use
Instruction manual very black and white, easy to use.
Quality
I'm giving this a two because I feel the quality could be better. During my gig it shut itself off several times. Thank God i always keep my old spare workhorse a 10 year old peavey available. I lost an hours pay because of it shutting down and most of all i lost the Respect of the venue owner and the patrons.
Value
It has a great price, but poor quality.

The Wow Factor

Sound
I don't own this one, I have the PMH 2000 earlier model and have had no problems what so ever with it. The sound is great and easy to operate. We use it with Tascam CD-700 CD Player and JBL 1500 speakers and sing with tracks. This one has much more power than the PMH 2000, so I'd say it would be awesome..
Features
For what I use it for I don't use all the gadgets.
Value
