Feature:
All the basic mixing components are there, even phantom power (which makes this board a steal)

Quality:
I've had my MX-602A for a year or two- the pots are as smooth as ever- not one is scratchy or loose. The quality of the case is excellent- no rust or loose parts.

Value:
It's worth more than it costs for sure. Behringer could get away with selling this puppy for a bundle more.

Desirability:
It feels like an expensive piece of equipment- it's made with the same components as Behringer's big dogs- it's sleek looking, feels like butter- fits in you lap- sounds like fantastic...

Sound:
Very, very clean; EQ is ok

Support:
Good support, friendly people.

Overall:
I need more tracks which is the only reason I'm going to move up sooner or later. For a long time I was more than completely satisfied with the 602A's capabilities.

When I bought the thing (at list price) I had no idea it would be such a valuable piece of equipment. I have no need for any more inputs, so it's perfect for my work. The dual mic inputs are great for stereo, and (YAY) phantom power built right in! It's built like a rock, and all the pots are soooo smooth. I can drive anything hard and still get crystal clarity! It's definitely an incredible buy; it's artwork in mixer form.

My friends spend money on Mackie mixers - from what I can tell, they just spent more, didn't get more. I have more input capability than a colleague who spent three times the money... and the mixer came with some kewl extras, like a CD full of wav samples. The pots are smooth, there's no hiss or buzz - it's easy to use and works great - I'm sold. My next major Behringer item will be a B2 mic. Hopefully my luck will hold out and the friend who just bought a Rode will be jealous!

zZounds has verified that this customer bought this product from us.
Feature:
Very basic - great for morons like me who don't know what they're doing and get into trouble when they have too many features to mess with. Phantom power, nice EQ, only one send and return, but works great for what I do.

Quality:
Very tough little guy. I never worry about mine.

Value:
An awesome value if you're like me and only need a couple of channels at a time (I never use more than four and usually only two).

Desirability:
Hard to resist (and I guess I didn't since i bought it).

Sound:
Great sound comes through this thing. Works very well with behringer's B-1 and B-2 microphones.

Support:
I have not dealt with the company.

Overall:
Perfect for what I'm into i don't see replacing this with anything else.

I use my MX602A in my bedroom to mix together sound from a VCR, CD player, and a Radio. The quality is amazing for this low of a price! Plus, the headphone amp is strong enough that, with an adapter plug, I can power 2 small passive speakers directly from the mixer, just through the Headphone jack! It sure beats the RadioShack mixers I use at school!

I've been using it for a year without any problems, even though i've dropped, bashed, and crushed it with other equipment. Very clear sound. It would've been nice to have faders and a more EQ control, but for the money and size it's hard to complain very loud.

I like the fact that a small unit such as this has got Phantom Power and mic. pre-amps and all for such a low price. Compared to what I've seen in other products of the same size this is a tremendous little unit.
