I've owned this amp for about a month now and I'm enjoying it very much. It is very clean so I can use it for my Ovation acoustic/electric as well as my Strat. The effects are so clean its refreshing. Having the ability to put the program changes in the sequencer and sending it to the amp at just the right time via MIDI is WAY COOL! I also like the ability to insert my effects chain. You can also disable the speakers and send the amp signal direct to your mixing board. The Shark speakers sound good to my ears and seem to be able to take a lot of signal. Comes with a footswitch for switching between the clean and distortion channel. The distortion channel has a mid boost which make it very fat and you can tweak this with the Morphing feature. I have a lot of Behringer equipment because you can't beat the quality for the price and this lived up to my highest expectations. Seems solidly constructed with metal corner protectors and a nice heavy rubber handle. A little on the heavy side, but probably due to the big magnets on the Shark speakers. The amp has an open back which is good for storing cables and extra strings).

I waited three months for this amp and it is well worth the wait. The clean channel is beautiful and sparkly and the overdrive is so close to tubes you couldn't tell the difference if you didn't already know it was solid-state. The digital effects are professional quality and add so much to the character of this amp. It can do Fender, Marshall, Vox, Ampeg and just about anything else (except Mesa-Boogie, not quite enough gain for that) very well. Morphing makes a great difference in sounds and the EQs are very effective. You simply can't buy a better sounding amp at even twice the price! Get it before they figure out what they've got and raise the price!!!

This is without a doubt the most flexible, best bang-for-the-buck amp out there. Two 12's for under $300 with digital effects, you just can't beat that. Gets all the classic amp sounds and the virtube technology really manages to sound like tubes! Won't do metal/thrash but can nail the old classic stuff up to more modern Marshall/Vox sounds wonderfully. If you like old rock like I do you need this amp!

This amp has 99 built in effect's x2 channels overdrive & clean, you can modify these effects three different ways to give you hundereds of different sounds. Not to mention it has enough power to make my wife and kid run for the hills! What do you expect from something that has used aero-space technology just to design it!!! Highly recommended!!!

Feature:
the features are just amazing, the sound from them are just like if you had pedals.

Quality:
I've heard one or two people say the quality sucks, but personaly, It's great, made of the greatest wood and is used without risk as a little chair for room playing.

Value:
Value is perfect for this amp

Desirability:
I WANT TO KEEP IT FOREVER

Sound:
the sound of this amp is great, for it being virtubed, I'm sure if it was actually tubed it would rock because the quality of this ampand the settings are great, the only problem i've had was that it just doesn't have wheels. Take it from me, i play in a band, and have been playing for 6 years.

Support:
the company Behringer makes GREAT stuff, but i shipped it under warrenty to a service place and it S@@KED

Overall:
I think it is a great amp to own.

Feature:
The effects on this amp are extraordinary. With 99 presets and beautifully strong distortion, who needs an effects pedal? It is very similar to Line6 modeling amps, but at half the price.

Quality:
There have been many cases of people getting their behringer GX212 only to have it break in 2 months. The reliability is not the best, but I still love mine.

Value:
With the great sound quality you get from the tube simulated amplifier and effects that could replace your $300 digitech modeling processor, you will save money that you could use to buy a really nice tuner or something. If you're not willing to pay $800 on a tube amp and effects pedals, this is the way to go.

Desirability:
This is a great looking amp, and its solid state sound is revolutionary. Like I said, a Line6 modeling amp has many effects and sound that you could get from this amp for much less. As for the quality, treat this amp with care.

Sound:
The sound of this amp is probably the best sound you can get from a solid state at the watt level. This is because of their tube simulated amplifying system. The amplifier is 60w and the speakers are 100w, giving you some power too.

Support:
No warranty, and with the mediocre quality of the amp, this is a bad thing.

Overall:
This is great for your bedroom, practicing with the bands, and even playing in small gigs. If this amp breaks on me and I can't fix it, I'd buy another exactly like it.

Behringer has hit a "HOME RUN" with this guitar amplifier. The amp has great tone and power. Beautiful effects and versatility. Also look at the FCB1010 MIDI Foot Coontroller to go along with the amp. It is a great accessory.
