In my opinion, the stock pianos on the QS8 sound much better than the samples on this card. I experienced poor sustain, transition problems with the samples in the middle range, and several programs didn't sound much like a piano at all. I purchased it and immediately returned it. I was extremely dissapointed-- especially because I have purchased several pieces of Alesis equipment in the past and have always been very satisfied. They were very good about the return.
