10 out of 10Feature:

Quality:
Excellent quality!
Value:
Worth every penny.
Desirability:
Not sexy for you? It's not your girlfriend....
Sound:
Decent sound for the buck! No problems yet after 1 and 1/2 years. Recording with Adobe Audition 3.0 Pro at 32bit multitrack can produce studio quality recordings.
Ease of Use:
A kid can use it!
Support:
None needed yet..
Overall:
If it's working at this pace for the next 10 years I don't need another one.

10 out of 10Feature:
Great features - it's full-featured mixer AND a FireWire audio interface. Even with a cheap recording tool like GarageBand, you can simultaneously record multiple tracks plus the main-mix outs (with 2 effects loops.) I don't know why people are paying twice as much for firewire interfaces with half the features.
Quality:
Metal case can take a beating. Alesis quality.
Value:
Unfortunately this model has been discontinued which means that it's deeply discounted to get it out the door. You can't find a better deal right now! It's half as much as the Alesis IO26 with twice the features!
Desirability:
Looks great. Works awesome!
Sound:
Reasonably low noise on the mic preamps. No Sound problems.
Ease of Use:
Make sure to download the updated drivers. On a Mac, installation was super-easy. I think the horror stories you hear about the drivers were about previous versions. Mine seems to work great!
Support:
Great documentation in manuals and on-line. Never had to call anyone on the phone.
Overall:
This product is great, and an AWESOME deal for the discounted price! The only drawback is that it only has 4 mic inputs. If your miking a drumset you probably need the full 8 that are offered on the MultiMix16.

2 out of 10Feature:
A little confusing on getting the recorded audio with the mic ins and my midi sound to the speakers. Guess I have to read the manual.
Value:
For what it does it's great! I have only used it a few times since I just got it but so far so good!
Sound:
Sound is good so far using with Sonar 4 Studio.
Ease of Use:
You have to get the latest drivers from Alesis website or it ain't gonna work right!
Support:
Asked support about the drivers before I bought the unit but they never responded. They must be busy.
