Feature:
The fact that they are 600 ohm means you really need a headphone amplifier to drive them. You can hear ok without one, but overall response is better with than without. The auto-adjusting headband is very comfortable and convenient. Unlike most other headphones, my ears don't hurt after hours of wearing them. They're also quite light, which is a nice feature in itself.
Quality:
No defects, and they appear to be very well made.
Value:
Their performance is at least as good as the US$200 price.
Desirability:
The most desirable thing about these is the amazing detail, followed next by their great comfort.
Sound:
The detail produced by these headphones is excellent. I hear things when listening with them that I've never heard on any other headphones or speaker system. The openness makes it easy to locate instruments in the stereo field.
As mentioned already, they don't accentuate low frequencies like other headphones and most speakers. My first mixes with them had way too much bass when played on other systems. I've gotten better, it requires more careful listening. But since the detail is there, it's a matter of training your ear. Still, I prefer these for tracking rather than for final mixdown (which is better done with monitors).
Support:
Never needed it.
Overall:
These are very accurate headphones for when you really need to hear the little details. They will spoil you.
