Sound: Sound is excellent Feature: all the features are the same on all players once you know how to use them. Ease of Use: you can scratch and mix on these players to,you just got to know how. Quality: excellent product Value: The price you have on it is too high Manufacturer Support: The american audio people are easy,friendly people to talk to.I ordered a DCD Pro310 from them,was damaged in shipment,had insurance on product.No problem about sending me a new unit. The Wow Factor: Its a player for the beginner dj to learn how to use it for the first time. Overall: everything
