All orders are considered on a case by case basis and must pass our authorization process, which includes validation of the shipping address with the issuing bank. If we are unable to validate the shipping address, the order will not be shipped and the card will not be billed.

- Order online and select Western Union instead of a credit card type to pay (you will not need to enter a card number or expiration date). Or, call us TOLL FREE 800.996.8637 to place your order. You will receive your order number and total dollar amount by email.
- Visit any Western Union locations. Ask for the Blue Form for Quick Collect. Western Union charges $12.95 per transaction when you pay with cash. Call 800-325-6000 or visit www.westernunion.com to find the location nearest you.
You will need to provide the following information to Western Union to ensure the money is routed correctly and we can ship your order:Company Name: zZounds Music LLC
Code City and State: SHOPZZOUNDS, NJ
Sender's Account Number with Company: Your zzounds.com order number
- Be sure to record the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN). This is the confirmation number for your payment.
- Once we confirm your payment with Western Union, we will ship your order. This may not happen until the business day after you pay Western Union. If we do not receive funds within 4 business days the order will be canceled.
