"Excellent value, now my favorite guitar"
Feature:
I ordered the package that came with a case, tuner, strings, etc. The case is pretty inferior, to be blunt. I believe flimsy is the word I'm looking for. In addition, the case is too big for the guitar, leading to a lot of movement and shifting when carrying the case around. I'd trust a well padded gig bag more. This nice guitar deserves better protection. The tuner was on the chintzy side, too. It was so indecisive I had to go out and buy a decent one. I regret buying the package, should have just bought the guitar and got the accesories seperately. As for the quality of materials used for the guitar itself, I couldn't be more pleased.

Quality:
I think the appearance of the guitar is beatiful. Mine is the color of dark honey with gorgeous figuring. The wood is matched beautifully front and back. The rosette isn't much to look at. Since I don't use a pick, I peeled off the pickguard and the guitar looks way better. I don't think black was the best choice on an almost-orange guitar. So far the guitar seems to be pretty sturdy. It survived a trip from New Jersey to Missouri in it's ill-fitting case, after all.

Value:
This guitar is well worth the price. I haven't heard such good tone in such an inexpensive guitar before. It certainly looks and sounds like a far more expensive instrument. People are always very interested in asking about the mountain ash wood. Most everyone says they haven't seen one like it before. Several people have asked if I paid 'big bucks' for it. The good sound and unusual look is very striking, the thing definitely has presence.

Desirability:
This guitar caught my eye because of the unusual tone woods and finish. I have a cedar topped and sitka spruce topped guitars, and wanted to try it out. The price is so reasonable, why not? I'm glad I bought it, I really like it and play it all the time. It's good quality in an inexpensive guitar.

Sound:
I really love the tone of this guitar. I play fingerstyle, and it has a good balance between bass and treble. The tone seems sort of 'mellow' to me as opposed to sharp, but this is just the sound I'm looking for. Reminds me of a cedar top, sound-wise. I tend to pick this guitar up and play it often, neglecting my more expensive guitars. It has good intonation. Whether I'm playing as loud as I can at a barbeque, or softly as my kids are asleep, it retains it's tune and sweet sound.

Overall:
I already own 2 other guitars in addition to this one. I will keep this guitar until I wear it out, and hopefully buy another just like it. It suits my style (fingerstyle, classical [yes, I play classical on a steel string - sounds marvelous!] Clapton, Chet Atkins, etc.)

"When You're Broke, but Want The Best..."
Feature:
Not too happy with the electronic tuner. It's not on frequency and the needle (electronically generated) jumps around all over the place. But I use a tuner program on my computer that's extremely accurate, so not using the tuner that came with the set is not going to bother me too much. Just wish I'd got what I paid for (tuner wise), but the guitar more than makes up for it.

Quality:
I went over this guitar with a fine-toothed comb, and it is outstanding. I didn't find one flaw. The finish is outstanding, the binding flawless, and, would you believe, it arrived (almost) in tune. Only had to adjust the 'G' string slightly. Good job, guys.

Value:
Absolutly cannot beat the value. Lots of bang for the buck. I'd have gladly paid the list price, but now, I know I saved lots of money. Thanks, ZZounds!

Desirability:
I got the antique finish model, and love it. This guitar is absolutely beautiful. Love the full grain finish, the gloss, and the shine of the Grover machines. It's a keeper. I'm going to start sleeping with it.

Sound:
Love the sound, clear, resonate, and sustaining. Sounds a tad muted compared to my other guitar, but I'm a neophyte without an ear. I'm very happy with the overall sound performance.

Support:
Shouldn't even rate this, since I did't need any support. But the website was excellent, the ordering and paying were effortless, and the site is extremely user friendly. Loved the tracking system, and I followed the shipping from the minute it left the shipper to the time it arrived at my door. Better than when I was a kid waiting for Christmas morning.

Overall:
This will definitely be the last guitar I buy. I can't think of a reason or justification for ever replacing it. Love at first sight, for sure. It needs a new, fancy case. The chip case that comes with it doesn't do justice to the instrument. Like carrying around a $600 Stetson in a paper sack.
