This guitar has prettry much everything that one needs. It is a beautiful guitar with great sound!!!!!!!!
Quality:
This guitar is made very well. I have never had any problems with loose parts or anything of the sort with this guitar. It is a beautiful guitar with a great finish and can be shined up easily using a guitar rag. I have had this guitar for about two years and have traveled with it a lot and have had no mechanical or cosmetic problems with the guitar.
Value:
I would say this guitar is more than worth its price. I bought this guitar as a beginner guitar and was a little leary about the price, especially since I was a beginner. But after having this guitar for two years I would definety be willing to purchase this product again.
Desirability:
On top of sound excellent, this guitar is awesome looking as well. Especially, the black version. THis guitar has great sex appeal and provides a smooth appearance. It makes you look like the guitar player you want to be!
Sound:
This guitar provides excellent sound. I has a very crisp and clear sound to it. This is guitar that will definetly stand out when played with other guitars. Its loud and clear sound has definetly helped me refine my guitar skills by being able to better hear the mistakes made when playing. This is something I wasnt able to do when playing a variety of other guitars.
Support:
To be honest I have never actually dealt with anyone from Washburn. Maybe that says something about their product. :)
Overall:
I plan on never getting rid of this guitar, even after its days are over. Ill always keep this guitar because it was my first and my favorite. When the time comes to search for another guitar, I definetly buy another washburn, and probably the same version that I have now. I love everything about this guitar and have been nothing but satisfied with the product.

Washburn D10S Acoustic Customer Review
Quality:
When adressing this, you really have to be fair and consider price, as welll as the fact that it is mass-produced. Considering both, this product is exceptional. When I go into music shops I often look at all of the 200-600 dollar guitars to "compare". this stacks up with the quality of ANY guitar going for 300-400, is much better than anything else in the 200 class, and as good as MOST of the 400+ guitars. Is the wood as good? probably not. And there are undoubtedly other "quality" differences with bracing, etc., but. . .
Value:
Seriously, I really dont "want" to like this guitar. Something about products mass-produced in China conflicts with my wanting to be an aesthete. What I's really like to have is a "fine" hand-crafted instrument that is made out of perfectly matched and rare woods. An instrument for which extra insurance is needed. But, hey I don't have that kind of money. This is as good a value as they come.
Desirability:
In total seriousness, I really like how "plain" this instrument is. What frills it has are genuine (inlays) rather than, say, painted.
Sound:
Sounds very good, though lows are a little blunted. I've switched to some DR strings that seem to have imporived that a little. Sond is better when you consider the price.
Ease of Use:
It would probably be difficult for me to switch guitar brands because Washburn's necks are uniquely thin - a bit like an electric. However, I think this makes it easier to play. Although it comes with an action lower than most in its price range, I modified it a little more. To me it frets and plays just as well as most other guitars that cost much more.
Overall:
I'll keep this indefinitely, even if I get a more expensive instrument. It will always be used for camping, beach, or just somethig I'm not afraid my kids are going to ruin (if they do, I'll buy another).
