"don't buy if you don't have a 9volt adapter"
Sound: it has 3 major flaws 1) battery life is 1/2 hr to an hour,can't get thru a gig with that 2)when battery dies the light to tell you it's on stays bright so you don't know the battery has run down 3)it sends all kind of weird noises thru the rest of your signal when the battery dies it sounds great when it works..
