Feature:
I have read people complain that the included headphones are cheesy. SO USE A GOOD SET!! THESE ARE JUST THROWN IN!! As far as features, the built in headphone amp is killer. It's nice to just throw on a pair of headphones and go.
Quality:
Extremely well built. There really isn't too much to go wrong. I know that this is sold as a "travel" guitar, but I have used it several times live, and it stands up. And since it weighs practically nothing, I can stand up too. It sounds really nice recorded with a little reverb, and maybe a touch of chorus. This thing stays in tune as well. And the included gig bag is excellent
Value:
Buy it. You'll love it. Worth every penny.
Desirability:
Very sexy little guitar. Lot's of fun.
Sound:
I was pleasantly suprised at the sound. It's kind of like an Ovation salad bowl guitar, only easier to hold. When played through an acoustic amp, it is very responsive to all types of playing. And through the headphones, it sounds HUGE.
Support:
I have not needed support, except to find out what gauge strings were on it from the factory ( .010-.048; very comfortable ).
Overall:
Perfect. Get one.

Feature:
I bought this product for one purpose: traveling. My business requires me to travel every week and I needed something that I can carry-on airplanes and play quietly in a hotel room. It meets both of those requirements. Other features I like: the 25 1/2 inch scale length, the 1 11/16 inch neck width (just like my Alvarez), and the feel of playing a full-size guitar.
Quality:
This thing feels indesructible. Rock solid and great feel. The pickup is also very good, at least for my untrained ears.
Value:
Everything I wanted for a great price. Also looked at the Yamaha Silent Guitar, which sounds very similar at nearly double the price.
Desirability:
Very cool. Everyone at the store where I bought it was swooning over it.
Sound:
THis guitar provides amazing sound for the price/portability. Will it compete with my Alvarez WY1? Of course not, but I don't think anyone expects that. I mostly play fingerstyle roots/blues, and the Travel Escape has great sound on the treble strings, but the bass is a bit muddy. I'm using the headset that came with the guitar, but I think the bass might sound stronger with a better set of headphones.
Support:
Haven't needed to use their support line yet, so I'll give Traveler Guitar he benefit of doubt.
Overall:
This is one portable, great sounding, solidly constructed, cool looking axe. I would never buy it for a primary guitar (or even a starter guitar), but highly recommend it for the traveling businessman that needs to keep those calluses intact.
