The SW10 Active Studio Subwoofer joins the popular S5 and S8 monitors in TAPCO's active studio monitor lineup. Developed by the renowned Mackie studio monitor team, the SW10 outperforms anything in its class - both sonically and aesthetically. This versatile and compact "mini-sub" offers loud, punchy, and precise low-end down to 34 Hz. With its natural bass, full, powerful sound and superior frequency response, the SW10 is the perfect compact subwoofer to add low-down thump to your tracks.

Sound: Clean, tight, beautiful bass. Feature: Includes a power cable, and switches between 110v and 220v. Has both XLR and RCA inputs. Ease of Use: A snap to set up and use. Quality: At this price, I figured the fit and finish would be cheap. Not at all--it's built like a tank! Value: Durable design and incredible sound you'd expect from Mackie at an affordable price. The packaging isn't as fancy as a Mackie product, the warranty isn't as good, and the unit is made in China. However, I'm not seeing what other corners they cut. The Wow Factor: It's a subwoofer... these aren't exactly exciting. The bass is incredible though. Overall: The quality you'd expect from Mackie at a price that mere mortals can afford. A perfect companion to my Mackie HR624s. Who could ask for more?
