Desirability:
very contempary modern look

Sound:
the sound of the goliath 3 is very responsive, and the sound quality is second to none. i like the full range that i an able to get, and also very dynamic sound when needed. i run my g 3 cab. with a 350 watt head do not change a thing i love what have.

Ease of Use:
very user friendly, i have had other bass players use the amp and they loved it.

Support:
i have never had to contact

Overall:
if someone stole my setup i would purchase the same thing

"Goliath Strong!"

Feature:
Very solid metal front grille, and a very heavy duty tweeter attenuator knob in the back. And the speakers are pretty good too.

Quality:
Quality is AOK, although it's been said the previous series of American cabs were better. Can't say for sure.

Value:
Kind of disappointed that they moved production to Mexico, but didn't decrease the price of the finished goods. I work for a worldwide manufacturing company, and Mexican workers make 1/8 of what Americans do. I have to think that the pay ratio would be along those lines with Fender/SWR too. Don't know if this is an $800+ cab, and the completed auction prices for used cabinets on a well-known website say otherwise.

Desirability:
It is a great looking cab. I run it stacked on top of the notorious "Big Bertha" cab, and a SWR 750 head ... all three of those pieces have prominent chrome and it's a sight to behold. Soundwise, it's also very desirable.

Sound:
This is a serious cabinet. Sound quality is very good, although I've heard that the previous incarnation of American made cabinets and speakers are a bit sweeter sounding. Can't say for sure.

Support:
Works fine. Never needed.

Overall:
The only downer to this cab is it's weight. It's a load! Get a roadie! Very good in all other aspects.

The Goliath III cabinet comes with four 10" PAS bass drivers and a Foster horn for clarity. It's able to handle 700 watts and the will give you frequency response down to 40Hz. The Goliath works with any of SWR's pro heads, and is extremely durable, made of high-grade plywood, with stamped steel, vibration-free grill, and a metal input panel.
