Feature:
Great features for the money. Bridge needed raising, but other than that, a STEAL!

Quality:
Beautiful instrument.

Value:
Great value for the money spent.

Desirability:
It's hip!

Sound:
Sounds great! Pulled it from the box, tuned it, and immediately started to jam!

Support:
Have not dealt with support yet, but with such a great product, who needs it?

Overall:
I'll be strumming this guitar for quite some time. Don't see a replacement anytime in the near future.
