Sound: This mic sounds great for vocals.It's got A really natural sound and it's loud but not to the point of distorting. Feature: Totally silent on/off switch (I hate that stupid click noise so many mics have when you turn em on/off ) Ruggedly built.Comes with A shure mic cable,Mic clip,and A case. Quality: Everything is perfect,Not really sure how to improve it. Value: Quality,A name you can trust,extras,Great sound,couldn't ask for more in such an inexpensive mic Manufacturer Support: Never had to try,I didn't know you could bust A shure Overall: This Mic is outstanding,I'll stick by Shure always.
