Feature:
As a canalphone what it has hardly features, however it blocks out a lot of sound, indeed more than the popular BOSE, and all in a small size, smaller than most earbuds.
Quality:
Product made to last, with an excellent warranty.
Value:
Excellent sound, but if the treble was like the ety's it could be almost perfect.
Sound:
I love the sound coming out of these headphones. I am not one of those people who will compare their $10 sony, or panasonic headphones to see which has more bass, and that is usually horrible quality bass. I instead appreciate clean, clear, detailed sound with texture. The answer to this are the shures. The shure's E3s give very pleasant deep bass notes, paired with a very detailed midrange, and highs. The sound is so good that you'll be able to notice a difference when raising the bitrate, which is not the case with cheap earphones. For cheap earbuds 96Kbps and higher sound the same, meanwhile with the shures you will be able to see a difference all the way up to 256Kbps, and maybe even higher for those with trained ears. The soundstage while small is very intense, and makes the music as if it is all around and inside your head. All in all this canalphones are excellent, and can outperform all earphones with lower prices, and at the same time even some full size headphones like the bose. RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIGH QUALITY, ACCURATE CLEAN SOUND, RATHER THAN BASS HEAVY, OR TREBLE HEAVY MUDDY SOUND.
Support:
Excellent customer Support.
Overall:
These are so great I am going to keep them until I can afford a pair of Sensaphonics, which are a little over $700 a pair. That is going to be a lvery ong time from now.

Feature:
Ship w/ excellent accessories (case, and extra ear pieces)
Quality:
They tend to break off at the earbud. I've heard of a number of other users that had the plastic crack. Seems to be a materials issue. I wouldn't buy them again because of this
Value:
Pretty expensive overall
Desirability:
Everyone wants a pair
Sound:
Excellent Sound once you get them in your ears properly
Ease of Use:
They are difficult to wear and often can fall out of your ears
Support:
Support is very good from Shure
