Feature:
The two channels alone make it worth the money!
Quality:
Looks very sturdy but I haven't had it long. I don't expect to have any problems though.
Value:
This thing would fly off the shelves at the $169 price point. I just couldn't wait for the prices to come down on this one though. I spent alot of time thinking and reading before I actually took the jump. At $169 it would have been a no brainer. I still think it was worth the money but it is hard on the pocket...
Desirability:
It is a very nice looking pedal. It's got a nice rock and roll look to it.
Sound:
I bought this to replace the borrowed Butler Real Tube pedal I had to give back. I use a Crate PowerBlock for a head and use my gear to adjust the input. This gives me a more consistent sound when I need to plug into another cabinet. This setup also allows me to carry my rig in a duffle bag if I need to.
Anyway, this pedal gives me two channels which the PowerBlock lacks but I like that my two channels are coming from the same source making for a more consistent sound. And the difference between this preamp and just the amp are worlds apart. I could not get this sound on the PowerBlock even if you gave me a week with it. The Twin Tube ranges from warm to hot and I love the sound. I read alot of reviews ranting and raving about it and when I tried it out I was blown away! This is a MUST BUY for those of you who like that tube sound but can't afford to shell out hundreds of dollars!
Overall:
So far so good. It's made it into my permanent rotation as far as effects goes. In fact, I don't really consider it an effect. For me, it's a critical component of my amp.

Feature:
two channels of tube preamp distortion, high and low eq, volume and gain, bypass. Has everything I need.
Quality:
The case is strong and the buttons work. Sometimes the drive select button makes a click that carries through to the amp. It's not really noticable but it bugs me.
Value:
Could be a little cheaper but after trying literally every distortion pedal this was the one I liked best and fond it worth while to pay to get the best. I love the tube sound.
Desirability:
Mmm... ugly 70's brown. The pedal is large and not the most attractive but I don't care so I give it a 10.
Sound:
I play this pedal through my 72' Masrhall superbass amp. I leave the amp clean and use the pedal to get two channels of drive. I like the sound of each drive and can get a bunch of sounds. I don't konw if it's the pedal or my amp but there's not a lot of feedback - even if I crank the gain and put my guitar right in front of the cab. I had to put a compressor just before this pedal for the times I want the play and feeback from my amp. Overall I like the sound.
Ease of Use:
Very easy to use, my one gripe is that the chicken-head knobs move too easily. I've accidently bumped the volume with my foot and every time I hopen my pedal board the knobs have rotated.
Support:
Haven't needed it.
