Feature:
Came with a little book showing you how to wire it different ways you can play any kind of music with it

Quality:
Its a SD pickup come on they build pickups with the player in mind whatever style of music

Value:
If you don't know what style or sound your going for or You just wanna do everything at once with out having eight guitars go with this SH4

Its A pickup U tell me

Sound:
love it every thing comes out clear Lows are punchy and the highs are very clear

Ease of Use:
Go over how you want to wire the thing coil split or not plug it up and boom bad ass sound

Support:
never used support

Overall:
As long as im playing I love it better when im playing other peoples stuff that don't have it
