Product Description

Based on the template of the "E" line designed by Jose III, Amalia Ramirez has created the Ramirez 125 Anos Spruce as a limited edition model. It will be built for five years (2007-2012), and commemorates the 125th anniversary of the Ramirez guitar making dynasty. The "Rose" mosaic rosette is based off of Jose Ramirez III's rose design dating back to the 1960's. For years, his designs mysteriously disappeared but were rediscovered 40 years later. This rose rosette represents all the designs that had been forgotten over the 125 years of the Jose Ramirez legacy. A new HumiCase Protege hardshell case is included with this guitar.

About the Limited Edition and Artist Guitars

Each guitar in this category tells a story. Whether the guitar was designed to commemorate a milestone in Ramirez Guitars' rich history or whether it was to celebrate an accomplished musician, the Artist and Limited Edition guitars are all handmade with only the most precious cuts of woods. Built by a few expert luthiers in the small artisan Ramirez workshop, each guitar is a truly unique instrument, many of them only available for a limited time. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Ramirez products.

Sound: The sound is so clear and loud when you need and gentle when you don't...very nice!!! Feature: Nice Case....Nice wood and features!! Ease of Use: Very nice playability.... Quality: Very nice... although when it shipped they put paperwork on the backside in the case and it was not done curing so it made blemishes that had to be buffed out...(shame on whoever did that) Value: Got a discount because of blemishes on back... Manufacturer Support: No dealing with the company so I am not sure but I gave a 5 rating for the way they shipped...with the paper work being under the back of the guitar... The Wow Factor: Very nice looking! Overall: Very satisfied!
