Feature:
The most useful part of this item is its steel. Most racks are very thin and cheap. This one is made fairly tough.
Quality:
Nice material, good quality. Still needs rails for mounting. The worst part of this was the wheels. Need to be more sturdy, although they roll well.
Value:
This was great. A lot of sellers sell cheap crap at four times the price. The value here is overwhelmingly welcome.
Desirability:
Could be sturdier, with rails and better wheels. I like the look. I wouldn't mess with that.
Sound:
Doesn't help or hurt the sound. It is compatible with my setup, however. A little on the difficult side mounting heavier equipment. Rails would be a welcome addition.
Support:
Calls answered promptly and questions answered quickly.
Overall:
I bought this product because of its depth, the sturdiness in how it looked, and the price. The only features I seek out different are rails, better wheels and probably four extra inches in depth.

Feature:
Does not come with enough nut assemblies if you are racking several 1 space units. If you are racking larger units, you might be OK with the number provided. Overall steel construction is acceptable but quality blips are visible (bent welds).
Quality:
Although it seems to be sturdy once assembled, assembling can be a task in itself. IF the build quality was high, it would be a simple thing. My unit came with several cross-threaded structural bolts and their associated cross-threaded receivers. We're talking about the frame parts itself- not the rack bolts. Speaking of the rack, the nut assemblies are a nightmare to deal with. Real rails would be much better, even if it made the unit another $20 or so.
Value:
If you have more time than money to deal with this unit, then it could be a good value. It would be an excellent value if Quik Lok had a little more QC in their junk factories in Asia.
Desirability:
This unit has pissed me off enough to not want another one until the quality of the build is better.
Sound:
Does not apply.
Ease of Use:
Gets hit by the time I spent cursing at it while dealing with the stripped and crappy materials.
Support:
Never called. Don't know.
Overall:
I've used and owned Quik Lok products for many years. I was trying to get an additional floor rack (also made by QL) which I really like. They appear to have been dis-continued. This one appeared to be a great replacement. I've heard quality issues in the recent QL product line and until now, I had nothing to concur by. With this unit, their diminishing build quality is painfully apparent.
