Peavey's extremely popular Lite Series are now available as biamped, Powered Speakers! Driven by 270 watts of total power (200W for the lows, 70W for the highs, peak), these cabinets are absolutely ideal for countless music applications including DJ. The power amps feature Peavey's patented DDT distortion detection technique, which virtually eliminates distortion and protects the cabinet's speakers. Each cabinet provides a 1.4 in. titanium high frequency driver with a molded-in horn for fantastic pattern control and exceptionally smooth response. These are amazing cabinets that you can mount over a sub (a pole mount is built-in), or even hang from the built-in fly points. Other features include a hang grip on top of each cabinet, up to 120dB with music, long-throw 10, 12, or 15 in. woofers, and world-famous Peavey reliability.

I think these speakers "speak" for themselves. I own a pro sound and lighting company and mainly use JBL's for mains and JBL and PAS monitors. I have no problem using these Peaveys for small PAs, backline monitors or keyboard rigs. That should say it all.
Sound
Very impressive! Somewhere between Eon "flat" & Mackie "bright". Very easy to get a nice tone with minimal eq. There's alot of bottom end to be had with this little guy. I've been giving it to drummers as a kick monitor and they say it's too loud! I haven't even turned it up yet! Also makes for a great keyboard rig too.
Features
It has all the same inputs like everyone elses powered speakers. No eq but in my experience, onboard eqs aren't very useful in a pro environment anyway. My only complaint is there isn't a thru jack but that's what Y-cables are for.
Quality
Here's where inexpensive can be a problem. These aren't cheaply made BUT, my set wasn't put together very well. The amp wasn't tight to the cabinet and a gasket between the amp plate and the smooth shiny plastic would be a good idea as air leaks when you push alot of bottom. Easy to fix but should have been right from the start.
Value
Sounds about as good as an Eon15G2 or Mackie at half the price and weight. Hard to argue with that.
Manufacturer Support
While I haven't had any warranty issues with these, I know from experience that Peavey is good with warranty issues.
The Wow Factor
Have to get another pair soon!
