"Trans black beauty with classic soap tones"

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This guitar will serve as a benchmark for my own builds and will probably never leave my collection.
Sound
Nice sound from this guitar. Earthy quality from the middle pickup. Bell like tones from the neck and chimey tones from the bridge. Very nice for blues and jazz. I would like the ability to play the center pickup by itself. Center position is the bridge and neck combined.
Features
First rate on everything. Would like some locking guitar posts included for schaller locking straps. A locking jack input would be nice as well.
Ease of Use
Very playable, easy neck to play. Love the satin finish neck. Nice balance and weight. Connected with the guitar instantly
Quality
Very nice build. Would use without a backup.
Value
Fairly pricey for a straight forward build. Could understand if hand carved, but this is a CNC produced instrument. When compared to cheaper models though, this is an upgrade and probably worth the extra dough. Plus the fact that it is a small limited run....
