Overview

The Music Man JP13 electric guitar features a basswood body with mahogany tone block and maple top covered in a Platinum Silver finish. The mahogany neck features stainless steel frets and rosewood fretboard with 17" radius.

The piezo equipped Music Man floating tremolo combined with the Schaller locking tuners provide phenomenal tuning stability. The most definitive difference between the JP13 and the rest of John's signature models is the Music Man designed preamp and custom wound DiMarzio pickups. The pickups are voiced to compliment the preamp which provides up to a 20 dB gain boost accessible from the push/push volume pot.
