Feature:
Effects sound great for various music but have to play the DFX volume switch at high numbers to get the true effect out.
Quality:
I received my amp in perfect condition and seems to be very well built. No problems
Value:
For the sound and quality, seems reasonable for the buck.
Sound:
Marshall amps likes to be driven. The sound comes out with a bang and sounds better when you push this amp.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with this yet and hope not to. Marshall builds good quality amps, and hope to play for years without needing support.
Overall:
Hope to own this amp for many years. The only drawback is the fan is quite noisy. But over all very pleased. PS: Add a Marshall Bluesbreaker II footswitch to this amp and then whatch it come alive.

Feature:
The effects are kinda cheesy sounding, especially the Reverb, which is very bright. But I found out if you turn it down all the way,it's not bad.I use a DigitechRP50 anyway,so the built in effects aren't really important anyway.
Quality:
I've read where people complain that they can hear the fan.I don't seem to notice it,and if so,that's not a bad thing. If it bothers ya'TURN IT UP!!!!!This is just like anything that you own,if you take care of it,it'll take care of you.Case closed.
Value:
For the money,I don,t see any other amp out there that could keep up with this combo.
Sound:
I would've given this a 10 if it wasn't for the distortion'which to me'sounds a little bit muddy. The clean channel though, that,s where the beauty of this amp comes in.And LOUD? hell yeah it is,and that's the way it should be.This is a Marshall we're talking about here!
Ease of Use:
No problem at all.A 6 yr old could master this in a matter of seconds.
Support:
I haven't had to contact them at all.
