The Mackie ProFX12 USB Mixer is the complete and simple solution for small to mid-size performance venues. Six Mackie low-noise, high-headroom mic preamps ensure pristine signal while LED metering and 60mm faders on each channel keep levels in check. Sweeten the mix using the 3-band active EQ and integrated RMFX 32-bit processor, which offers an arsenal of gig-ready effects. Easily tune mains and monitors with 7-band stereo graphic EQ and capture the mix or stream house music from a laptop using built-in USB I/O. Feature:
A mid eq button would have been nice, but then again, the sound is so good that I hardly ever touch the eq.
The vocal eliminator only works on songs with mono vocals and mono effects (old songs). Tape in/out is great, monitor out too, etc etc.
Quality:
"Built like a tank", they say. True. (I have no intentions of dropping it or something, but it sure looks and feels sturdy)
Very stylish. Not heavy at all (which is good on a mixer!).
Value:
For this price, it's a giveaway!
Desirability:
Cool, stylish. Looks real good in my homestudio.
Sound:
It's a Mackie. You can only tell it's on by looking at the power led.
Smooth, great.
Support:
Don't need it. Mackie? Must be good.
Overall:
It's a great little mixer. If you don't need more input's than this, get it now!
If it ever dies, I'll buy another Mackie.

Feature:
they should have left the effects proccessor, and the vocal eliminator out, ..those are no good. ...i like the fact that it can also run on 220v, ..
Quality:
looks pretty sturdy, ..
Value:
for the going price, i guess you get what you pay for. ....but personally, i really like the behringer's in this range better, ..but they are not famous for their longevity, ...but i really like the behringer's sound, ...and the effects on the behringer are pretty decent and the eq's are even better
Desirability:
this mixer doesn't have sex appeal, ... it's just something to get the job done half way decently, ...you won't be wowed by it ...i personally don't even like looking at it, ..but i use it ...my dad gave it to me as a present
Sound:
it sounds ok in terms of it's core function, ...but the built in effects are hideous, ...i don't know why they even bothered to put that one in,, ...also the vocal eliminator is useless. ....it will get the job done for everything else.
Overall:
i'm not satisfied with this mixer, ..when it dies, i will jump into my car and go to the music store to find something that's better
