Sound: has to be heard to be believed!!!!! Feature: great feature set, check out the Line 6 Site for more info Ease of Use: very easy to get up and running quickly, although to take advantage of this amps effect a FBV shortboard is best - I will be ordering one soon Quality: seems very very well made Value: $589.00 for a blem - this amp will kick your a** Manufacturer Support: can not rate as I have not contacted support The Wow Factor: has a vintage look - but the absolutely sexiest feature is the Bogner logo on the grill :) Overall: I ordered the spider valve on monday and recieved it tuesday - and that was ground shipped!!! as a long time user of the original Pod Pro (eeprom 1.41) I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. The guitar input on the pod stopped working this last weekend so I went shopping for a combo amp, spent many many hours pouring over reviews and settled on the spider valve. Figuring if I did not like it I could always return it to zzounds. after 2 minutes of playing thru it with my rg7620 holy sh**. You would have to pry this puppy from my cold dead fingers, this is without a doubt the best sounding amp I have ever heard. The artist/song presets are ok but require slight tweaking for optimal sound. I can not believe how good this amp sounds, after playing the Pod Pro thru a reference amp and monitors I am ready to not bother fixing my pod and tossing it in the trash. I used to scoff at the "tone Snobs" but after using the valve I have been converted. This is a slippery slope, heh heh heh.

Sound: The only way I can describe this amp is that someone from Line 6 went to hell and grabbed Satan himself and about 200 of his friends and put them in a small box with a Line 6 logo on it. This amp is absolutely unbelievable. And SERIOUSLY loud. I bought it to replace a half stack and it will definitely do that. Feature: The effects processor is fantastic. I would prefer that it came with SOME sort of footswitch. Ease of Use: For as complex as this monster is, its actually very easy to navigate. Quality: I've only had it a few days but it looks and feels VERY well constructed. Value: Its a $700 amp and its worth it. The extra $100 for the footswitch kinda bugs me Manufacturer Support: The website is fantastic, but thats the extent of the support I've used. However, the user community is very good for sharing patches and ideas. The Wow Factor: Its not a "sexy" looking amp but the sound is phenomenal. Overall: I've had countless amps and half stacks and I bought this amp to be my stage amp with one footswitch. I'm 38 and I'm tired of humping a halfstack and a pedalboard everywhere we play. This is perfect for that application.
