Flextone III's soul is its remarkable collection of Amp and Cabinet models -- resulting from the meticulous study of a dream collection of vintage and modern amplifiers and cabinets. Flextone III features 32 groundbreaking amp models built from the same amp technology found in the flagship Vetta amplifier. We've even added all new models based on* a 1963 Fender Vibroverb, Bogner Extacy, Cornford mk50h, and a 1985 Marshall Silver Jubilee.

Effects
Against the Line 6 accountant's better judgment, they took the liberty of adapting a bunch of great stomp box models from the MM4 Modulation Modeler and DL4 Delay Modeler pedals, and stuffed them all into your Flextone III. You'll get instant access to models based on* the Maestro EP-1 Echoplex, Roland Space Echo, Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Memory Man, MXR Phase 90, Uni-Vibe, and Leslie 145. There's even a dedicated Compressor and Gate. And it doesn't stop there. They've even added 16 classic reverb types ranging from Plate and Chamber to vintage Spring.

Sound: There are 2 types of players:1 bare bones tube and 2. effects players. This amp will please both and possibly make a couple bare bones guys change their view about effects. I don;t need to use anything else but this amp and my floor controller to duplicate almost anything. with the volume pedal used as swell I can even get a 'string's sound with a little delay. very impressive. This amp will serve well someone who is into recording or live production/ Feature: You should buy the floor board so you can get everything out of this amp: The only thing I find that I dontlike is for the external jacks on the back-they have a plastic ring on the outside and can break. I really love the xlr mic jacks - you don;t need to compete with someone who has a full stack of Marshals.. the electronics here are so solid you can go right into the mains and use the amo as your monitor. Quality: As stated before the plastic rings for external jacks are a concern. everything else is great/. Value: can't compare Manufacturer Support: never needed it ; but some minor parts are tough to find for the layman The Wow Factor: excellent amp for anyone Overall: won;t use anything else from now on.

Sound: Theres almost nothing you cannot do with this amp! Tones and possiblities are endless! Its comatible with every musical style I play. Jazz, Blues,Pop, Rock, Metal, Alternative, and my own styles as well. Feature: Tone presets are great, but I wish the could make it a little like the POD XT where you could add model packs. If you know Line 6, this adds more amps, cabs, & effects. All its features are easy to use though and great! 1 amp takes the place of many! Ease of Use: Simple! Routing to other products like Mixing Boards, Midi etc... Loop Samplers like the DL4 Delay Modeler Pedal? Simple! And you really dont need the manual its so easy to use, other than finding out what models of effects, amps, and cabinets your using? Quality: Made very well! Very reliable! Ive used this Combo in gigs stand alone! It has more than enough power to rock the house down! Have had no other problems. Value: For the price its awesome! Well worth every penny. Why buy 1 Head when you can get almost ever amp head your looking for in one? for hlaf the price and a Marshall Mode 4 I used to own! use to! Manufacturer Support: Never needed any! The Wow Factor: I like looks of a product, but I expect performance over looks anyday! And thats the reason I bought it. But it still looks good anyways on a Combo Amp Stand. Overall: Ive had it for over 3 years now and havent wanted to look for anything else other than the POD XT to add to my collection of Line 6 Equipment. Ive had Crate, Marshall and many other products out there, and I have completely switched to Line 6 equipment. They have the market cornered at this moment in time. Dont fall for cheap imitations of modelers out there just yet. Ive had them all and none compare!
