The acoustics and construction of Krank speaker cabinets are unique among high-end cabs. All Krank speaker cabinets feature genuine solid-wood construction, a tour-proof interlocking corner design, quick release all-steel front grills, large resonating chambers, touring handles and casters. Krank cabinets are loaded with USA designed and built Eminence speakers because they deliver unsurpassed sound and performance every time you fire them up! The Krankenstein 4 x 12 Speaker Cabinet features 4 Eminence Texas Heat speakers.

A common misconception is that all guitar cabinets are created equal. Nothing could be further from the truth. Krank Revolution Series speaker cabinets are so different in design and sound that they crush the competition. They are the final leg of the journey in our quest for the holy grail of tone. All Krank's cabinets are made out of solid wood, unlike other manufacturers who use plywood, chipboard, particleboard, laminated wood, etc. Cheap wood equals Cheap tone. Sound: I have to take issue with the idiot that says this cabinet sounds muddy. Maybe an idiot that plays blues and jazz shouldn't buy a cabinet made for metal. Feature: Texas Heat speakers are awesome. If you play hard rock or metal, than this will blow anything else away, bar none. Quality: Solid wood construction, how often do you see that in a guitar cabinet? Value: A Marshall cabinet with Chinese Celestion Vintage 30 speakers costs more than this. Gimme a break. Overall: This cabinet wasn't meant for idiots that play blues and jazz, then are equally stupid for buying a cabinet they KNOW is made for hard rock and metal and then writing a review saying how "gritty" and "dirty" it sounds. Cheers. RIP Dime.

Sound: I do not like the sound of this cab it is to gritty and muddy. The Rev cab is way better Feature: plug and play Ease of Use: pretty self explanitory. Make sure your ohms are matching Quality: now it is made exactly like the rev solid poplar oak. The drivers are not to my taste. my old Laney cab sounds way better, and the Rev cab I own will kill this. Value: I would buy even the Rev SST cab over this and its only 599 Manufacturer Support: Krank service is excelent The Wow Factor: never been a dime fan, but if you are and like the gritty muddy dime sound you might dissagree with me. Overall: although it is made with top notch materials the drivers aren't that crisp and clean
