Did some research on the internet prior to ordering the Kala KASC Concert Ukulele as my first Uke. Usually people do not write reviews if they are satisfied with their purchase, they are more prone to write a review if not satisfied. I live in Canada and ordered the Uke using a credit card with a Canadian billing address and had it shipped to a small boarder town in the USA to take advantage of the free shipping. I was concerned that the package might get damaged during shipping and I would have problems sending it back from my Canadian address. The package arrived quicker than I expected and the ukulele was packed very well. I have had it for three weeks now and the strings have kept their tune very well the last two weeks. Having a great time with the uke and will recommend Zzounds to all the people that are asking me about the instrument. The uke itself is exactly what I expected. Good quality and value for the price.
