Overview
Jackson's new JS30 series includes their best-ever line up of classic styles, and outstanding value. If you've ever wanted an amazing Jackson Kelly, but didn't feel like making the custom shop-priced investment, this is the perfect time to add an aggressive Jackson design to your arsenal. Jackson builds all of the models in this series with an alder body, a bolt-on maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard, Jackson humbuckers and chrome hardware including an adjustable string-thru-body bridge. The transparent finish models even feature a maple veneer top!

Sound
Sounds superb for the money. 1/3 more than the boom boom starter at the grocery store, yet sounds like Metallica. The ONE guy badmouthing the sound out of everyone boasting it doesn't know how to work amps or tone or something.
