Feature:
It's nice to have both USB and RCA outputs on the device -- no adapter needed. The auto stop feature works nicely, too. It would be nice to have an end signal, though, since one of the purposes of this device is to archive albums. As it is, one has to have the music playing and know where the album-side ends, or continually watch the arm's progress across the album.
Quality:
Fine for playing music. AWFUL for archiving to MP3 because of the horrible software.
Value:
doesn't work as advertised - just wastes time
Desirability:
too bad the great part doesn't work
Sound:
So far I've only heard it through built-in computer speakers, so I'll err on the side of giving it full credit for sound quality.
Ease of Use:
Playing music with the turntable is straightforward on a stereo.
Playing via USB on Windows XP requires working with some advanced Windows settings, including a dis/reconnect step that is undocumented.
Once you get it set up to play, though, using the horribly-named 'EZ' archiving software is just awful. The tracks do not actually separate automatically (software ver. 2), the Gracenote software does not correctly label tracks. In fact, it incorrectly labels them, then forces you to re-label them manually, about three extra steps per track. No way to shut off and by-pass the Gracenote feature. The software doesn't tell you how many tracks it recorded until you're more than half way through manually relabeling them, and doesn't let you know which track you're labeling, so you have to enter your best guess at track names, then listen to the MP3's, throw out the ones that are partial tracks, re-name the rest, then re-record the missed tracks. The software doesn't let you skip any of these steps and I'm VERY handy with this type of software.
Support:
website has no help
Overall:
I've sat down three Saturdays in a row for hours at a time and I have yet to successfully transfer one of my 44 albums to MP3. This product has been a colossal waste of time.

Sound:
Sound quality from the cartridge is poor, no tracking or skipping adjustments. The tonearm is too light with no counterweight adjustment so it is very prone to skipping and jumping. Waste of a hundred bucks.
Ease of Use:
simple to use, just plug and play
