There are a few other clips on the market now which may or may not address my few concerns. No matter, this is fine, and I'm happy to have it.

Features
Basically fine, exactly what you'd expect. It is designed for the iPad 1, and mine did not come packaged with the adaptor clips for iPad 2 compatibility. So, if you're an iPad 2 owner, be sure to get that sorted out with zZounds and/or IK before purchasing. Otherwise it's great, with two caveats: 1. the design assumes gravity is working in your favor, i.e. the iPad is only secure on 3 sides. This is fine in portrait mode, but in landscape... you'll need to be careful when moving your mic stand around that the iPad doesn't slip out the side. That would be a costly mistake. 2. If you have an overly-clever mic stand, e.g. the DR Pro Quick Release, or a boom with non-standard extension hardware, you might not be able to get this thing on at all. I had to abandon my favorite mic stand for something more traditional in order to use this product. Not the end of the world, but worth considering.

Ease of Use
See "Features" comments above.

Quality
It's all plastic, of course, but sturdy enough. I don't foresee any problems.

Value
A $40 piece of plastic (OK 2 or 3 pieces) is arguably over-priced. But given that it's a niche product, I'd say the price point is read more reasonable. Alternatives (aside from DIY or repurposing something more generic) only get more expensive.

Manufacturer Support
n/a. If it breaks it's trash. Then again, it's not very likely to break.

The Wow Factor
"Sex appeal" depends on what you do with it. I'm very happy with my setup right now; my 9 is obviously subjective.
