The Ibanez XF350 Falchion Electric Guitar is a guitar that breaks all the rules. Those who practice the art of Chaos magic believe that "Nothing is True and Everything is Permitted." Shape can be shifted, rules can be broken, and radical thoughts are the norm. This way of thinking might also apply to Ibanez X series. With the advent of the X series, Ibanez reintroduced non-traditional guitar shapes back into the mix. These off-the-wall shapes stand out in a crowd, but they are also excellent examples of form meeting function. There are no limits for the X series.

- Features the more rounded 3-piece Maple Wizard III neck with a deep crystal cut on neck joint for great access to higher positions.
- High output "CAP-LZ" active pickups operated by 2*AA batteries.

Edge 3 Tremolo

The new Edge III tremolo is similar in construction and feel to the original Edge locking trem; however, it also features lower profile fine-tuners inspired by the Lo-PRO Edge and massive new-design saddles. The Edge III features two screws in the arm pocket, which allow easy adjustment of the arm height and torque. In the last two decades, no other guitar maker besides Ibanez has done so much to advance the art and science of the tremolo. The Edge III represents the next phase in locking tremolos. zZounds is an authorized dealer of Ibanez products.

"A Brutal guitar that needs improvement"
Sound: Active sound sort of like an emg but kind of lacking some how Feature: i love this guitar so much when u stand up it sits just perfectly and doesn't tilt at all unlike most non s shapes, the paint is killer, and with all Ibanez guitar the neck joint makes playing easy, all 24 frets are easily accessible. however my complaints with the guitar are the pickups aren't quite as... clean sounding as EMG's they sound sort of muddy to me, and the edge 3 bridge is near impossible to tune making it very frustrating. other than that this guitar has potential if you have patience Ease of Use: This guitar is extremely easy to play with great action and a well shaped neck, which isn't too thick but also isn't too thin to where you're hands get fatigued very comfortable. sound wise though the pickups have great harmonics but i don't like the tone too much and recommend replacing them with EMGs or blackouts. Quality: The guitar is VERY well made with attention to the detail of the paint (red oxide) probably one of the best looking paint jobs ive ever seen. the bridge again is not very reliable as it is hard to tune. i also thought that the chrome-silver pickup switch was kind of cheesy and cheap consider theres no other silver parts on the guitar. however the paint seems like it could take a beating and still remain in tact. Value: If you have the patience to tune it go ahead. However i would recommend waiting till a possible higher quality version is released with a better tremolo and pickups. possibly a 7 string maybe? Manufacturer Support: I have not had any contact with Ibanez The Wow Factor: definitely one of the most unique looking, brutally shaped guitars ive ever seen its eye catching and looks great. Overall: I am already waiting for NAMM 2012 to see if Ibanez announces an upgraded version of this guitar. if lost or stolen i would probably wait or buy something else. not going to deal with tuning it again.
