Feature:
This amp has the clean channel, overdrive you can switch on for the clean channel, the hot channel, and the "X Mode" on the hot channel, which switches to a different preamp. The only other things you might need or want are a wah pedal and a delay pedal. Each channel has its own set of dials.
Quality:
This is extremely well made, all 71 lbs of it. It doesn't have metal corners, but very thick plastic ones instead. Cosmetically, I think that's a good thing, and they work just as well as metal ones do for protecting the amp. It's been knocked around quite a bit, and theres one mark, and no change in performance.
Value:
This amp should sell for much more than it's priced at. I wasn't as impressed with a $600 Fender tube amp as I was with this.
Desirability:
It looks great, which is an added bonus to the incredible sound of it.
Sound:
I have an Ibanez RG320QS, and play mostly rock and metal, and this amp can do both perfectly. On the clean channel, it sounds very good, almost acoustic-sounding sometimes. With the overdrive, it does hard rock very well. On the hot channel, theres an a button to switch to the "X Mode", which tightens up the lower sounds. I seriously doubt you'd ever need a distortion pedal for this thing. The hot channel alone has some great distortion, but I was really impressed when kicked in the "X Mode". My friends bass sounds perfect through it as well.
Ease of Use:
This is extremely easy to use, three buttons, a power switch and 2 sets of dials for each channel.
Support:
I haven't had to deal with this, but it's Ibanez, so I imagine I wouldn't have any problems.
Overall:
I would by this amp again if stolen, after killing the guy who stole it. I probably won't even think about buying another amp for a few years, or till Ibanez makes a new line of amps.

Feature:
2 footswitch jacks on the back let you turn on/off the overdrive, reverb, x, and the channels. Midrange sweep, overdrive, x, and hue, along with active independent eq's allow you to sound any way your like it. Even the clean channel has a drive knob.
Quality:
Seems like a high quality unit. Looks good just sitting there. No worries on my end.
Value:
For $350 bucks and 150 watts. Its a metal guitarists dream.
Desirability:
I've been trading gear off and on for over 2 years and I'm keeping this one for a long while.
Sound:
You can play the blues but this amp prefers you play the metal. The hot channel has excellent distortion and enough ways to tweek the sound, that you can get any metal sound you want. I love mine.
Ease of Use:
Small learning curve. But its easy to figure out even before reading the owners manual. i can get clean, overdrive, 80's distortion, 90's distortion, and even make it muddy like a mesa.
Support:
No support needed
Overall:
Overall. I love it, and if my tastes change, I own a POD.
