Its 24 jumbo frets offer easy playing for leads and chording. The Infinity 1 neck pickup is a versatile and responsive ceramic magnet humbucker with warm classic tone and added output. "Hey you, go get this NOW."
Go get one now, or at least give it a try. You can't be disappointed.
Sound
Being an Ibanez with the infinity pick ups this is a metal machine. The five-way switch for the two pickups allows you to get a whole range of tone including more blues tones to crunch of metal.
Features
I got mine used so I'm not sure completely what it came with out of the box but on the guitar itself it is wonderful. The floating Floyd Rose works great and combined with the locking nut I rarely have to tune. The deluxe shark fin inlays and a really nice touch.
Ease of Use
The action on this is amazing, i thought my other guitar was nice but with this barre chords are nothing and running scales and sweeps is a dream. This has to be the smoothest guitar I have ever played.
Quality
The guitar is great, no blemishes, no cheap parts, everything is solid. The neck-through holds it together great (and give killer sustain). You have to try it in person to appreciate the quality.
Value
Can't beat it, wouldn't say I would pay the $780 list but I got mine played maybe once or twice for $400 so I can't complain in the least.
The Wow Factor
The neck is amazingly sleek and smooth and the shark fin inlays jump out at you, the finish on it looks amazing.
