Ibanez brings veteran expertise to Iron Label, their made-for-metal guitar series. The Ibanez RGIR27E Iron Label Electric Guitar is offers a classic RG style tweaked and modded strictly for metal. Features include its basswood body, rosewood fingerboard, classic pearl dot inlays and 24 bend friendly jumbo frets.

As the originators of the thin, fast neck, the Ibanez Nitro Wizard-7 neck is yet another achievement for the Ibanez search for the ultimate necks for player comfort. The increased mass that seven strings require has been ingeniously shaped to feel as natural a possible to the six-string trained player.

The pickups, EMG 707s, in both bridge and neck positions, are quickly becoming a favorite in the 7-string world for their well-earned reputation of producing amazingly layered textures of distortion. And the performance enhancing killswitch puts you in command of a head-turning strobe effect.
