Feature:
The XLR output is a really cool feature. The onboard tuner is always handy.
Quality:
The pickup brought a little bit of trouble, but it was a quick fix. Otherwise a very well built instrument.
Value:
I'd say it's a decent value, although I personally wish I'd saved up a little bit more for an Ovation.
Desirability:
Very amazing looking guitar.
Sound:
Extremely warm. The higher strings sound much better, the lower strings are quite uninspiring to me, really thuddy.
Ease of Use:
My action wasn't the greatest, I'd prefer a little lower. It's pretty far from my ideal sound, even with my favorite strings.
Support:

Overall:
It didn't take long for the disappointments to come through. Like I said, the tone is very warm, and when it comes to playing unplugged I'd rather play my Mitchell that was half the price. I can't get a bright tone out of it; new strings sound like they've been on for 9 months after about a week. I wish it had a brighter tone.

Style of Music: Eclectic, but mostly metal.

Feature:
The zebrawood is awesome and gets raves from everyone who sees it for the first time. I love the XLR and regular guitar plugs built in. Also the easy access battery compartment is super. My Larrivee that cost about 4x as much requires all the strings be loosened to get inside the guitar to change out the battery -- with ONE hand! :(
Quality:
This is a beautiful guitar and feels well made. Feels good in my hands. Seems tough enough to take a little punishment without too much damage.
Value:
It is worth the money if you want a warm, low end guitar to practice with or for a beginner.
Sound:
Too warm. When I play with my jam group unplugged, everyone has to ease off to even hear when I take a turn. Very disappointing.
Ease of Use:
Average playability. Setup could've been lower, but acceptable. Plugged in the sound is below what I had expected.
Support:
N/A
Overall:
I will replace it as soon as possible.
