"Best in this price range by far"

Sound: Overall the sounds is pretty good. WAY better than every thing in it's price range, but I've played on some Hartke's with aluminum speaker and they did sound a little better. Some of the Fender bassmans sounded better too, but those are expensive. Feature: I think the 400w is peak power capacity instead of RMS power, so too powerful of an amp will blow the speakers. The horn could use a switch, too. Ease of Use: plug and play Quality: I bought mine used, so the carpet was torn in one place and the plastic corners are a little banged up. But, she is robust, she could probable handle a few falls on her face! Value: By far the best in its price range...and many other price ranges. Manufacturer Support: The last I checked there was no Hartke.com or something like that. All the hartke products are listed on their parent company's website. I've also notice that not a whole lot of smaller stores carry Hartke here in the Indiana/Kentucky area, so actually getting to play on one was kind of a pain, and once I found a dealer the idiot on the other end of the phone had no clue what the hell I was talking about. So, I'm not looking forward to dealing with Hartke in the future. The Wow Factor: The big white HARTKE written on the cab looks pretty cool, it would only look better with the aluminum speakers! Overall: Overall a good value, I run mine with an older HA3500 head and it is a little too powerful for the cab at 8 ohms (by 40w) so don't turn the amp up too loud. I do intend on getting another 210 or a 115 to add to it some day, then the amp might be a better fit. But, the cab holds up fine as it is. I had to sell a guitar amp to pay for this thing and out of necessity I've been playing my strat through it too, and with a few adjustment on the eq., the strat actually sounds really good. So if I ever need some juice with my guitar, I'll probably use the Hartke!

"Wow, what a great amp!"

Sound: The sound is great, i bought this cab along with a Harke HA2500 head and its pleanty loud. Feature: The paper cones are great they deliver a very warm tone along with high frequency horn its awesome. Ease of Use: You plug it in and play its pretty simple, i also like the idea of 2 1/4' jacks Quality: I have not had this amp for very long, about a month but it still sounds like the day i bought it plus i sit on it at band practice all the time and its seems like its gonna hold up. Value: I never would imagine to get this much quality and sound for more than this site is selling it for! great buy. Manufacturer Support: I hear its great but i dont think im gonna have to get a hold of them. The Wow Factor: Its not the worst thing to look at but theres better, though it is very original. Overall: I wouldn't ever suggest any other cabnet or brand im forever a hartke bass player, really this is a great cab
