The shorter-scaled neck with twelve frets from headstock to body is crafted in a modified V shape from a single piece of mahogany with a fine rosewood fingerboard. Browne selected sustainable English walnut for the back and sides and Adirondack red spruce for the top to create the a rich sound, and the enticing '30s style sunburst finish with vintage firestripe pickguard adds an elegant look to match the stunning tone of the guitar.

As a result, the Model A Jackson Browne signatures are built with the highly praised Trance Audio Amulet pickup system which allows excellent electronic replication.
